About Richard
Richard is a highly experienced real estate development executive with over 25 years of leadership across commercial, living, residential and mixed-use sectors throughout London, UK, and pan-European development projects.
Having previously worked with leading UK property consultancy businesses, a venture capital company, a private investment office, and most recently PATRIZIA, a global investment and fund manager, in their Real Estate Development team, Richard brings deep expertise across origination, underwriting analysis at acquisition, planning, construction, lease-up and exit strategy.
A MRICS Chartered Surveyor, Richard combines strategic and project leadership, commercial acumen and hands-on project delivery experience to help investors and developers successfully execute complex or challenging projects and create long-term value.
